从全国十四个省市收集的238个小麦亦霉病穗,分离出211个镰刀菌菌株,经鉴定为禾谷镰孢(Fusarium graminearum)、燕麦镰孢(F.avenaceum)、黄色镰孢(F.culmorum)、串珠镰孢(F.moniliforme)、木贼镰孢(F.equiseti)、雪腐镰孢(F.nivale)、半裸镰孢(F.semitectum)、拟直孢镰孢(F.arthrosporioides)八个镰刀菌种,其中以禾谷镰孢为主,占90%。通过苗期和穗期致病力的测定,拟直孢镰孢、禾谷镰孢、黄色镰孢、燕麦镰孢雪腐镰孢为强致病种,木贼镰孢为非致病种,其余为弱致病种。禾芥镰孢分布广,数量多,为主要或优势致病种。拟直孢镰孢、燕麦镰孢、黄色镰孢,雪腐镰孢为次要或稀有的致病种。

The stalk rot resistance of nine corn hybrids was determined and the differences of their resistance were quite significant.

近年来,玉米茎腐病在山西省玉米种植区已成为玉米主要病害之一,该病发生在灌浆期,表现整株青枯死亡,茎杆腐烂,倒伏。因此病造成的损失平均为15—20%。经分离鉴定,病原菌为 Fusarinm moniliforme var.subglutinans 和 F.bulbigenum,而且后者的致病力强于前者。本文还报道了玉米杂交种对茎腐病的抗性测定,证明杂交种间的抗性差异显著。

在华农实验农场设置病圃,分区块重复分别接种大、小斑病、茎腐病、纹枯病、褐斑病和自然发生斑点病。从1980~1982年鉴定生产上推广的玉米杂交种和其亲本,以及培育中的材料共260份。其中多数抗3~4种病害;少数不抗到抗1~2病害,以至抗5~6种。湖北省低山地区推广三系杂交种“唐五”中抗到抗大、小斑病、茎腐病、褐斑病、斑点病,感纹枯病;二高山地区推广单交种“恩单2号”中抗大斑,中感小斑,中抗到中感茎腐、纹枯,中抗到抗褐斑和斑点。在培育中的新自交系“唐Mo17Ht_1cms-S”和“77cms-C”中抗到抗6种病害。根据国内外资料分析了抗小斑病材料“Mol7”含有加性显性抗病基因,并兼抗褐斑病;抗大斑病材料中包含Ht类加性显性抗病基因,以及抗茎腐病的多抗基因。又根据调查,讨论了进一步培育多抗材料,结合宽窄行套种、改夏播为春播、增施氮磷钾肥料、培土作垅等耕作栽培制度,保持和提高玉米品种的多种病害抗病性。
