Results: All kinds of allogeneic bone suspension activated immune jection. Among them: DF>FD>LECM>LEA. Conclusion: Bone through LEA can decrease antigenicy evidently, and can be used as osteoconductive material or a carrier of bone growth factors.

目的 :比较表面活性剂脱脂法与氯仿 /甲醇脱脂法、冷冻干澡法、深冻法降低骨抗原性的程度。方法 :选用纯种CD 1小鼠 ,腹腔注入等量上述 4种方法处理的骨混悬液 ,进行淋巴细胞体外刺激增殖实验、酶联免疫吸附实验、白介素 2生物活性测定及迟发性过敏反应和体外细胞毒性试验 ,了解 4种方法降低抗原性的程度。结果 :( 1)体外淋巴细胞刺激增殖实验说明LLA抗原性较弱 ;( 2 )白介素 2 (IL 2 )生物活性的测定提示 :LLA不引起明显细胞免疫反应 ;( 3)血清特异性抗体检测 (ELISA)说明 :LLA诱发的体液免疫反应最小 ;( 4)迟发性过敏反应结果表明 :LECM、LLA引起的迟发性过敏反应始终较弱 ;( 5 )体外细胞毒性试验表明 :LLA为 1级 ,表明其为骨移植材料合格产品 ,对细胞及机体无潜在毒性作用。结论 :用LLA处理的骨组织可明显降低其抗原性 ,是一种较好的骨移植生物材料。
