To train the principle part is the education aim of the ordinary university and the distance education. The basic feature of distance education is opened for education, the students can study with full play. The relationship of training the principle part and self-control study should be interplay. Training of the principle part for distance education should conduct in multi-lever of teaching management , course teaching and students management ,etc.
