Based on the survey data of ecological environment in the East Valley ofRushan Bay during June to September, l995 and the hydtological and meteorological dsta froml960 to l994 of Rushankou Ocean Observing Station,SOA,this paper deals with the hydrologicalenvironment and its variation characteristics in the East Valley of Rdsn Bay. The results showedthat in summer, the water temperature gradually increased and the salinity gtedually decreasedftom hay mouth to bay head in the bot Valley of RuShan my. The average temperature was thehighest in August and the lowest in January lthe difference between the maximum and minimumtemperature was 26 C. Th6 average salinity was the highed in ttirch and the lowest in August;the difference between the maximum and minhoum talinity was 4. 63. From l960s t0 l990s,both the mean temperature and mean salinlty gtadually increased with the elapse of time. TheRushan hay tides were regular semi-diurnal,the reciprocal current was the main component ofds current. In general,the speed of residual current was lesS than1O cm/s. In average,the ex-cbange rate of water insthe and outside the East Valley of Rushan Bay over a tidel cycle wasabout 8. 4% ;it took around 33 tidal cycles(roughly equal to l6. 5 deys)for half of the originalwat6r insule the bay to be exchanged with that outside the bay.

Based on survey data from the Tongan Bay in the periods of May. All the O2 (content of dissolved oxygen) was higher than 5mg/L. The DO of Cecao was higher than that of Dongkeng in Spring, Summer and Autumn, specially in Summer, because of river water. On the contary, the O2 of Dongkeng was negatively correlated with the temperature, and with little relation to river water. The results of linear regression analysis of the O2 and O2% (saturation degree of oxygen) to the temperature indicated that the annual variation characteristics of the O2 and O2% in the surface and bottom within Tongan Bay were obvious negatively correlated with the temperature, much more, they were all 99% reliable significance level.

本文根据1997年5月、8月、11月和1998年2月对同安湾渔业生态诃查的资料,讨论了同安湾养殖水域溶解氧的分布特征及其与环境因子的关系。调查区包括同安湾两大对虾养殖垦区(策槽、东坑)和同安湾内大面养殖水域。结果表明:同安湾养殖水域氧含量均大于5mg/L。符合《渔业水质标准》。策槽垦区的溶解氧在春、夏、秋季大于东坑垦区,尤其是夏季,冬季差别不大,这是受陆源淡水影响的缘故。而东坑垦区受陆源淡水影响较小,其氧含量的年际变化与水温成一定的负相关。同安湾内养殖水域表、底层的氧含量和氧饱和度的年际变化与水温成明显的负相关,并在99%信度水平上显著。

The content of ammonium and ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, hypo- nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen in different stage in the shrimp farming pools are determined. Also the physical chemistry factors which affect water-quality and its tendency, including PH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, saline concentration etc. We discuss and analyze the characteristics and behavior of the ammonia-nitrogen nutrient, and obtain its contents and variation tendencies under different conditions. And the affect of other physical chemistry factors to the being form, content, and variation characteristics of nitrogen nutrient. All these are of significance for ra- tional application of food and control of the number of shrimp.

1996年4月~1998年7月,我们采用次溴酸钠氧化法对胶州湾中的两个半封闭式的虾池中氮元素的含量时行了实验测试,分别通过将各态氮氧化或还原为 NO_(2-)态氮的方法测定不同时期虾池中NH_(4)~(+)+NH_3态N,NO_(3)~(-)态N,NO_(2)~(-)态N,总N的含量,并对水中其它一些影响虾池水质状况及其变化的物理化学因子,包括pH值,溶解氧(DO)、温度、盐度等进行了测定。得到在不同理化指标下各价态氮营养盐的含量和变化趋势,初步讨论和分析该水环境中氮营养盐存在的特征与行为,其他理化因子对氮营养盐在水体中的存在形式、含量,变化特征等的影响。这些对于适时施肥和合理投饵,有效地调节放养量具有一定的指导意义。
