Combinatorial optimization problems are very significant for a process planning system, since they exist generally in many aspects of process planning, such as operation sequencing, machine tool job assignment, machining parameter selecting, etc. So, an advanced optimization algorithm, called simulated annealing algorithm, is introduced into process planning, and the mechanism of this algorithm is analyzed through its application in sequencing machining steps on a machining center. The result states that since...

? Combinatorial optimization problems are very significant for a process planning system, since they exist generally in many aspects of process planning, such as operation sequencing, machine tool job assignment, machining parameter selecting, etc. So, an advanced optimization algorithm, called simulated annealing algorithm, is introduced into process planning, and the mechanism of this algorithm is analyzed through its application in sequencing machining steps on a machining center. The result states that since it leads probability into heuristic algorithm and avoids sinking into local optimal points, this algorithm is superior to traditional algorithm both in optimization results and in calculation time, and it can improve optimization capability of process planning system considerably. 

为了解决在工艺规划的诸多环节(如工步排序、机床负荷分配、切削参数选择等)普遍存在的组合优化问题,在分析传统方法缺陷的基础上,把一种先进的优化算法——模拟退火算法应用到工艺规划中,并针对加工中心上工步排序这一典型问题,建立组合优化数学模型,对该算法在工艺规划中的运用机理作了详细论述。结果表明,该算法把概率引入到启发式方法中,避免了陷入局部最优点的缺陷,在优化结果和计算时间方面都有明显优于常规方法,有效地提高了工艺规划系统的优化能力。

Abstract The design of layout is one of the keys of building FMS.This paper analyzes the research present situation and unsolved problems of FMS layout design and presents a based graphic theory design method,the heuristic algorithm is put forward at the same time. The method is convenient to use and there is less sum of calculation with it.

FMS布局设计是建造FMS的关键环节之一,本文分析了FMS布局设计的研究现状和存在的问题,提出了基于图论的布局设计方法,并给出了相应的启发式算法。该方法运算量小、简便易行且直观。

The default of conventional schedule is expounded, which only emphasizes on system's overall object but overlooks sub system's local object. A mathematical model of two level multi object is put forward. The concept of relatively prior weight is defined, and a heuristic algorithm is given out. The results of computer simulation show that the algorithm is effective.

从制造系统工程的角度出发,指出了传统调度方法只强调整个生产系统的总体目标,而忽视组成生产加工系统各加工子系统的局部目标的缺点。建立一个兼顾局部和整体的两层多目标生产调度模型。定义了相对优先权概念,并给出了一个在此基础之上的启发式调度算法,算例表明该算法是可行的。
