The peak luminous efficiency of 5.6cd/A(3.9lm/W) was achieved at 0.1mA/cm~2 and maximum brightness of 5100cd/m~2 was obtained at 15V.The performances of this diode can meet the request of white light based on illumination.

The optimum conditions are as below:illumination intensity 302.2 Lx,illumination time 1 h,semiconductor powder amount 25.0 mg,the concentration of Na 2HPO 4 2.0 mmol/L,MgCl 2 3.1 mmol/L,K 3Fe(CN) 6 2.0 mmol/L,ADP 0.1 mmol/L. The average conversion ratio reached 3.6% under the optimal condition.
