A mathematical model of developing and planning the synthetical transportation network has been established for coal transportation problem of a province in the year 2000. A satisfied result is obtained from this 124×82 MILP model in which 8 zero-one variables are included.
针对某省2000年煤炭运输问题建立了综合运输网发展规划数学模型,该模型是一个124×82(8个0-1变量)的MILP(Mixed-Integer Linear Programming)问题,运行结果比较满意。

But when capacity and distance go beyond a certain range,EHV is not comparable with UHV.This paper puts emphases on the research on the economy comparison of two substitute energy transmission manner of UHV–coal transportation and natural gas transportation. Through the comparison of the resource usage efficiency、fuel cost and exterior cost,it can be draw the conclusion that UHV is economical under some circumstance.
