The lamellar fracture with streaky matt facets found in cracked surface of medium-carbon CrNiMov steel forgings has been observed by TEM. Various extracted second phases in carbon replicas from the fracture surface were identified by selected-area electron diffraction technique and EPMA. The results indicate that the fine globular α-MnS, the type-Ⅰ MnS inclusion and the thin platelet or dentritic VC were appeared, as well as the flaky complex oxides of Si and Mn, mainly as SiO_2,distributed along the direction of hot forging. The lamellar fracture characteristics relating to intercrystalline cracking is due to various second phase precipitates at its primary austenite grain boundaries. It seems that the lamellar fracture is similar to the "rocky-rock candy" one in cast steel substantially, thus,it may decrease remarkaly the transverse tensile ductility and lower moderately the impact toughness of the steel.

The deformation and fracture characteristics of dual phase steels were investigated. The deformation characteristics of dual phase steels under uniax-ial tension were calculated and analyzed with computer. It was found that there existed a characteristic of "double n" in uniform deformation stage. Based on the results of calculation and observation of microstructure, it is suggested that initiation work-hardening and uniformstrain hardening characteristics of dual phase steels may be described with what we called "Ashby-MileiKo' s comprehensive theory". Cleavage fracture stress of dual phase steels has been measured with slow-bend test of blunt V-notch specimens. Depended on the results of observation of fracture surfaces, microcrack initiation and propagation under cleavage temperature and microstructure, crack propagation path were obtained. Based on the results of mea-sureded and crack unit, regressive equation σf =0.33+19.33C-1/2 was obtained. It is suggested that cleavage fracture of dual phase steels was controlled by stress propagation. According to the comprehensive theory and stress propagation control model, in order to increase the initial work-hardening rate, uniform elongation and at of dual phase steels, it is necessary that under the condition of maintaining reasonable martensite volume fraction, the diameter of martensite island and the fcrrite grain size should be reduced, the amount of lath martensite island should be increased and martensite island should be distributed as evenly as possible.

本文对双相钢的变形和断裂特性进行了研究。用计算机对双相钢单轴拉伸下的变形特性进行了计算,发现双相钢均匀变形阶段存在着双扎特性。根据分析和显微组织的观察结果,本文提出:Ashby-Mileiko综合变形理论来描述双相钢的初始加工硬化和均匀应变硬化特性。用缺口棒四点弯曲法测定了双相钢的解理断裂应力σf;根据解理断裂温度下断口形貌,微裂纹萌生、扩展与显徽组织的关系,得出双相钢的裂纹扩展途径,根据σf与断裂单元的测定结果,得出了σf=0.33+19.33C~(-1/2)的回归关系式,提出了双相钢的解理断裂的应力扩展控制模型。按照综合变形理论和应力扩展控制模型,提高双相钢初始加工硬化速率、均匀延伸和σf的途径是:在保持合理的马氏体体积分数下,降低马氏体岛的直径和铁素体晶粒尺寸,增加马氏体岛中板条马氏体量,尽可能使马氏体岛分布均匀。

The void distribution in necking region and tensile fracture characteristics of a dual phase steel containing 0.11% C were stueied by measuring the planar void density, average diameter of voids and their changes with the distance from fracture surface. Experimental results show that quenching and tempering has obvious effect on void distribution and fracture processes. The data obtained offer an argument for explaining the changes of mechanical properties with heat treatment procedures.

本文研究了含0.11%C的低碳双相钢拉伸试样颈缩区孔洞的分布状态及断裂特征,测定了横截面上孔洞密度及其平均直径随断口下距离的变化。结果表明,淬火及回火对孔洞分布及断裂过程有明显影响,为说明低碳双相钢拉伸性能随热处理规范而变化的规律[9]提供了论据。
