The outline of the College English teaching published in 1985 stresses that to improve the students' reading ability is our main task.ln order to fulfil this task better we have been trying hard to improve our teaching methods. This article in three aspects introduces the measures we have taken as well as some initial good results we have got by taking these measures.

According to the neuropsychologic analysis,we considered that this kind of abnormal speaking ability should be classified to the aphasia,and could be named as impetus aphasia.

本文报告两例脑挫伤恢复期患者,经外科手术、头部 CT 和脑电图证实为额叶(主要是左侧前额叶)损伤所致的言语障碍。其特征性表现为:①缄默;②对听语和书面语理解一般无明显障碍,但不能对复杂语句和逻辑推理;③口语表达能力以突然的方式恢复,恢复后可能经过气息声说话阶段,然后才恢复有声言语,主动言语少;④常伴有失写。对此从神经心理学方面进行了分析。认为这类言语障碍应归属于失语症范畴,建议命名为动力性失语。
