From 23rd to 31st day after peak anthesis, the seed yield of 3 300 kg·ha -1 and the good seed quality of tall fescue were harvested with 40%-12.43% moisture content, and the span was the optimal harvesting time.
The main technologies for leaf protein extraction are analyzed and compared. Suggestions of improvement of Leaf protein extraction technology are put forward as follows:selection of suitable raw materials,determination of appropriate harvesting time,improvement of extraction and floculation technologies,as well as purification technology of leaf protein.
At 16 days after peak anthesis, a promising seed vigor level was achieved. The results showed that both days after peak anthesis and seed moisture content was needed to find the optimal seed harvesting time of Elymus nulans, which was at 25-31 days after peak anthesis and the moisture content of 42%-36.59%.
In order to prove the variation of nutrients of corn stalks among different breeds,in different harvesting time,the contents of NDF and ADF of the diffenent breeds of corn stalks are analysed by Van. Soest Method in four different harvesting time.
