Consumption is one of the basic factors of adjusting and restricting the production. The consumers' behavior in different areas is the direct cause of forming the regional difference on the circulation of consumption, also the choice of consumers' shopping behavior influences the development and distribution of the consuming market directly.
According to the basic rules of pricing and the relationship between supply and demand of marketing commodities, a valuation decision making model is described, that firstly makes a hypothesis testing for historical price distribution of homogeneous commodities, then approximates the reasonable and the investigative price intervals.
