The testing results show that the life of forging dies has extended three times over than before.

提高锻模寿命,一般都着手研究模具材料、模具热处理、模具加工光洁度、工艺润滑剂,以及制坯工艺的合理性。本文讨论毛边槽桥部的宽度b和高度h的比质、毛边槽桥部的摩擦系数μ对锻模寿命的影响以及采用毛边糟桥部可修复的锻模结构来减小μ,以增大桥部高度h。(缩小b/h以减小模锻力,提高锻模寿命)。在实践中,通过检测和记录,证明锻模寿命可提高3倍以上。

The present paper has described the influence of die structure and integral mode on the coaxality of bearings and has pointed out that full coining is an effective method for improving the coaxality of bearings. Author has also given out the technical paramelers and calculating formulas for the design of full coining die as well as the principles for the determination of high accurate to lerance.

In the CAD/CAM system of dies, it is very important to describe the geometric shape of parts. It is the basis of block development, process planning design, die parameter computation, die structure design and die draft output. In this paper, the geometric shape of the typical bent parts are emphatically discussed. Their structure is represented by "bending trees", and geometric and topologic information are described by surface model.
