The formula for culcalation of stress and deformation of flexible axle under spiral bending is derived applying the Laplace transform. From actual calculation, it has been found that the main cause of the short life of flexible axle is its inadequate strength. Based on this, we may make improvement to prolong the life of screw drill tool and screw pump.

In order to overcome these obstacles and realize the restruc -tion of the drill-hole exploration, the author holds that following suggestions are necessary: (1) the portability of drill equipments, (2) a unified standardization of drill tools, spare parts and materials (supplied by specialized factories), (3) the improvement of technical quality for technical personnels, (4) the improvement of facilities and articles for daily use.

当前,钻探队施工的特点是:流动分散、远嵩基地、工期短、施工条件变化多。建国以来组建的钻探队装备笨重,工器具不标准化,人员技术素质差,队伍臃肿,难于实现钻探队的机动施工。这成了当前钻探工作改革的一个障碍。为此,作者提出四条建议:①实现钻探装备轻便化;②使钻探工器具标准化,改钻探队机修车间自己加工为制造厂供应钻探器材和工具;③提高钻探人员的技术素质;④改善钻探队的生活装备。藉以提高钻探队伍的机动性,促进整个钻探工作的改革。

Theoretical calculations indicate that unreasonable drill tool grading is the principal factor for the break offs of drilling rod. Particularly. such accidents are more frequently occurred in drlling complex rock formations.

钻杆折断是钻探现场经常发生的事故,它受多种因素影响。通过理论计算发现,钻具级配不合理,是钻杆折断的主要原因。在复杂层中钻进,更容易发生钻杆折断事故。
