Performance of gas bubble column has been investigated.It is found that the velocity of the flow of gas through the orifice, uo, must be greater than a critical value, uoc. Pressure drop accross the orifice-plate and surface energy required for bubble formation are estimated. The equations for calculation of critical velocity, uoc and the maximum openning fraction of gas distributor are proposed.

考察鼓泡塔内鼓泡现象,发现气流经过小孔的速度(称为小孔气速)需大于某一临界值。计算并比较了气流通过多孔板的干板压力降和表面能损耗,提出计算此临界气速的公式和确定最大开孔率的方法。 用脉冲注入法测定鼓泡塔液体停留时间分布,提出非整数串连混合器模型,推导出其停留时间分布曲线方程式,计算结果与实验数据相符。并验证了Towell的轴向分散系数的计算方法。

The characteristics of a staged bubble column can be described by a multistage backmixing model, provided: (1)Each stage can be considered as a perfect mixing reactor, and(2)The backmixing coefficients do not vary with time and reagent concentration. Experimental results indicate that the first condition is approached under certain conditions, while the second assumption is correct.

本文分两部分,在第Ⅰ部分中以实验验证了级内完全混合——级间有返混模型用于多层鼓泡塔的适用性。在空气-水系统中,用稳态示踪方法分别测定各级间的返混系数。从统计力学的观点,将本文及西胁昭雄在大孔径、大开孔率范围的实验结果进行了统一关联,得到一较普遍的关系式。第Ⅱ部分研究了碳酸镍铵溶液中不饱和硫化物在鼓泡塔中的氧化行为,应用返混模型及氧化速度方程,对塔内轴向不饱和硫浓度分布进行了计算,与实验结果比较,两者能基本相符。解析求出了塔内最佳氧化温度,也能与实验结果符合。

From the kinetic data in a φ40 bubble column, a simplified first order consecutive reaction model for the liquid phase oxidation of o-xylene was proposed. It was found that the selectivity was not effected by the mass transfer in this reaction system. Equations correlating yield, conversion and selectivity both for batch and for continuous operations were derived. 154 groups of experimental data from different types of reactors justified these correlations.

本文提出了邻二甲苯液相氧化的简化串联一级反应模型。由该模型出发,导出间歇操作及连续操作下的反应收率、转化率及选择性的解析式。该式能较好地关联在鼓泡反应器、鼓泡搅拌釜式反应器中所得的154组宏观动力学试验数据,当用于选择适宜反应条件及验算φ400mm、φ800mm鼓泡塔装置的结果时均能得到令人满意的结果。文中指出,在这一反应过程中传质条件的不同并不影响选择性。本模型及关联式可适用于工业放大实际过程。
