In this paper a introduction to the software is given of TP801-Z80 single-board microcomputer to control milling machines. By preliminary debugging and practical process of milling workpiece, it has been proved that the single-board microcomputer can replace numerical control unit BK-211 which, used in vertical milling machine XK-5040, is quite expensive and unstable during operation. Moreover, the control software has such important fuctions as automatically programming for transition of sharp angle and striding across quadrants during the operation, which greatly reduce the program for cutting workpiece and the amount of work in programming.Emphasis has been put on introducing a new method which can not be accomplished by the 8 bits microcomputer with 2 MHz main frequency, because its speed of computation is too low. It also introduces the procedure for input processing that takes advantage of the key board of single-board microcomputer to complete the input, check and modification of numerical information.

本文介绍用TP801-Z80单板微处理机控制铣床的控制软件。该软件通过初步调试,并经实际铣切零件后证明它能取代价格昂贵、工作不稳定的原XK-5040立铣床的BK211数控柜。而且,该控制软件还增加了尖角过渡的自动编程以及自动过象限等重要功能,使零件程序及其编制工作量大为缩减。 文中着重介绍了解决八位字长、主频2MH2微处理机运算速度跟不上的一种新的刀补方法——斜率比较法,以及用单板机键盘作数控信息输入、检查和修改的输入处理程序。

This paper presents the concept of integrated manufacturing system and its world survey of present status, also the analysis of the back-ground of productive integration and flexibility. The author points out that on account of the aim of socialist production, technological trends and requirements of domestic and international markets, technical integration is a powerful tool which can increase productivity of metalworking industry greatly. By reason of intensive resource of labors and out of funds, the development of high automatic manufacturing system in China must be step by step. At first, the spread of group technology, numerical control of machine tools and application of microcomputers were accepted, that is to say, organizing manufacturing cells in the batch workshops recentlv. It is postulated that carry into effect the IMS or FMS will only take place if a rational method and the modular hardware and software were developed for their optimal design and operation. At last, the collaboration between universities, research institutes and factories, especially the support of goverment is a very important factor in the way of developing IMS and FMS in China.

本文首先阐述了集成生产系统的概念,介绍了世界各国的发展现状和趋势.作者认为,根据社会主义的生产目的、技术的发展趋向和国内外市场的需要,采用现代技术密集手段是提高机械工业劳动生产率的重要途径.但是由于我国劳动力资源丰富和资金不足,在开发集成生产系统方面必须有步骤有计划地进行.目前的重点应放在推广成组技术、数控加工和微型计算机的应用上,组织制造单元,然后积极开展有关集成和柔性制造系统的理论研究和软件的研制,以及硬件的模块化系列设计和研究.有组织地开发集成生产系统这一新技术领域.
