The work on a new type of biosensor-tissue-based membrane sensors has been reviewed with 21 references. Its development, classification, methods of preparation, applications have been introduced and applications in more fields discussed. Compared with other types of biosensors, they possess the advantages of easy preparation, low cost, high sensitivity and long life, They have been widely used in biomedicine, food industry and environmental protection.

本文介绍一种新型生物传感器-组织基膜传感器(Tissue-Based Membrane Sensor),并对其发展,分类,结构、制备和展望进行了综述。由于它较其它生物传感器制备简单,成本低廉,灵敏度高,使用寿命长,在生物医学、食品工业及环境保护等科学技术领域得到了应用。

The biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) is one of the most important and widely used parameter in the measurement of organic pollution. The determination of BOD by conventional method takes 5 days, which is too long and complicated for the use in process control. In this paper, a microbial sensor consisting of immobilized yeast cells (Hansenula anomala) and an oxygen electrode was elaborated for the estimation of BOD. The biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) is one of the most important and widely used parameter in the measurement of organic pollution. The determination of BOD by conventional method takes 5 days, which is too long and complicated for the use in process control. In this paper, a microbial sensor consisting of immobilized yeast cells (Hansenula anomala) and an oxygen electrode was elaborated for the estimation of BOD. The structure of electrode was delicately designed and a flow-through system was set up in this study. The response time of biosensor is within 20 minutes. A linear relationship was observed between the relative current decrease and the BOD of the sample solution (GGA, model waste water) in the range of 1~45 mg/L. The life of the sensor is more than 180 days. The reproducibility of the sensor is quite good, the relative standard deviation is less than 6% at concentration of 20 mg/L BOD. Comparing with other sensors of same type both at home and abroad, many technical specifications of this sensor have been improved.

本文采用夹层法,将异常汉逊酵母固定在氧电极的透氧薄膜与多孔醋酸纤维膜之间,构成一种流通式BOD测试系统。对新研制的电极的各种性能,包括各种理化因子对电极响应的影响作了系统的测试,发现电极电流差值与标准废水的BOD之间存在良好的线性关系,其线性范围为1~45mg/L,电极寿命长达180天以上,响应时间小于20分钟,电极测定重演性好,误差小于6%。

The antibody to HCG was immobilized covalently to the cellulose acetate membrane. The enzyme immunosensor for HCG by use of the sandwich principle was discussed. The biosensor was applied to the determination of HCG in the concentration range of 5 to 2500 mlU/ml and gave a good correlation with radioimmunoassay.

共价耦联HCG抗体的醋酸纤维素膜,当表面发生抗体与抗原复合的免疲化学反应后、膜的电荷密度向负值减小的方向移动,膜电位随抗原浓度的增大,向正方向移动。根据膜电位与抗原浓度之间的关系,可构成测定HCG的膜电位免疫传感器。利用夹心原理,在膜表面形成抗体-抗原-酶标抗体的夹心结构所组成的酶免疫传感器,具有很高的检测灵敏度,且与放射免疫测定显著相关。
