In this paper, a Enzyme-glucose FET is described. Biosensor sensitive to hydrogen peroxide was made via methylene blue in Nafion gel as an electron transfer mediator. Cyclic voltommetry and chronoamperometry were for the first time used to illustrate the suitability of electrical communication between immobilized horseradish peroxidase and a glassy carbon electrode via methylene blue incorporated into a (Nafion) perfluorosulfonic acid cation exchange polymer film. The methylene blue mediator was strongly reatined inside Nafion film through hydrophobic interactions....

Biosensor sensitive to hydrogen peroxide was made via methylene blue in Nafion gel as an electron transfer mediator. Cyclic voltommetry and chronoamperometry were for the first time used to illustrate the suitability of electrical communication between immobilized horseradish peroxidase and a glassy carbon electrode via methylene blue incorporated into a (Nafion) perfluorosulfonic acid cation exchange polymer film. The methylene blue mediator was strongly reatined inside Nafion film through hydrophobic interactions. Effects of applied potential, ionic strength, temperature and pH on the biosensor were investigated. The biosensor possessed a variety of advantages including high sensitivity, long term stability and rapid response to hydrogen peroxide with a detection limit of 0.1 μmol/L. The high sensitivity of the biosensor was due to the high efficiency of electron transfer between immobilized horseradish peroxidase and the electrode via methylene blue.

Objective: To study the responses of the electrochemical biosensor system for analyzing microbes to determine whether the system can be used to analyze microbes rapidly. Methods: The electrochemical biosensor system had been developed and the responses to colifome, brewage microzyme, comma bacillus and bcg vaccine had been observed. Results: The current measured from biosensor reflected the metabolism of microbes. Conclusion: The system not only could pick upon the optimum strain on fixed culture medium or the optimum substrate to special strain fleetly but also could be used to evaluate the microbe growth character apace, monitor zymogen upgrowth in fermentor and determine total number of bacteria in fresh creamery rapidly.

目的 :研究微生物活细胞在笔者研制的电化学生物传感器上的响应 ,探讨使用该生物传感器系统进行微生物活细胞快速测量的可能。方法 :设计、研制了能将微生物活细胞新陈代谢产生的电子转移转换为电流输出的电化学生物传感器 ,并设计、研制了单片计算机控制、带恒温测量池的专用测定仪 ,研究了传感器对大肠杆菌、啤酒酵母、霍乱弧菌及卡介菌苗的响应 ,并实际测量了发酵罐中啤酒酵母菌总数及消毒鲜牛奶中的细菌总数。结果 :传感器的电流输出反映了微生物活细胞新陈代谢的程度和能力。结论 :研制的生物传感器系统可用于菌种和培养基组分的快速筛选、微生物活细胞生长特性的快速评估 ,还可用于发酵罐中发酵菌的生长监测及新鲜牛奶中杂菌总数的快速测定
