Conclusion It was suggested that cadmium at the doses of 5 μmol/kg～20 μmol/kg can induce overexpression of TERT mRNA in rat liver. Selenium at the doses of 2.5～5 μmol/kg have antagonistic effect on overexpression of TERT induced by Cd in rat liver.
Conclusion The cadmium at the doses of between 5 and 10 μmol/kg can activate TERT and up-regulate c-Myc and p53 proteins. The selenium at the dose of 5 μmol/kg has the antagonistic effect on expression of TERT, c-Myc and p53 induced by cadmium in rat liver.
Results:The results of combining cefoperazone or ceftazidime with levofloxacin showed that synergy was found 35.5%~38.7%,addition was 41.9%~45.2%,indifference was 16.1%~22.6%,none of the combination had an antagonistic effect.
