采用ASTM推荐的试验方法,考察了可锻铸铁热镀锌层在水蒸汽介质中的腐蚀过程,利用扫描电镜对镀层的腐蚀过程进行跟踪观察,采用电子探针分析仪研究镀层的腐蚀机制。结果表明,镀层的腐蚀起源于晶界并沿着晶界扩展,属晶间腐蚀。在此基础上提出了镀层腐蚀过程的物理模型,为提高镀层耐蚀性能的研究奠定了基础。

The state of art and the perspectives of zinc electroplating technology in China are discussed in detail in this paper. The author deems that the use of potassium chloride bath should be greatly pursued among three current systems as cyanide bath, zinc.ate bath and chloride bath. Since progresses have been made both in bright zinc plating.and after--treating process, the author holds that the zinc coating can be used not only for protecting but also for protecting—decorating at present.
