At present,the insitu double-pig applying process is an effective method on inner coating or inner rehabilitation.

着重介绍了目前用于管道内防腐的新工艺——现场双球挤涂法,指出该工艺可连续涂敷具有弯头的长距离管道内壁,解决了内覆盖层存在的上薄下厚和弯头处难以挤涂等难题;具有性能可靠、运行稳定、覆盖层均匀及可现场施工等优点;施工时,应选用速凝环氧树脂涂料;施工程序要求严格,受管道转弯处曲率半径的影响,且仅限用于单一直径的管道。现场双球挤涂工艺是目前管道内防腐或内修复施工行之有效的新方法。
