In this paper, different from the thermal efficiency consideration as reported in the recent literatures (1, 2, 3, ), an exergy analysis of the ordinary solar thermal power system is presented. It is found that the exergy loss is predominant in evaporator of the system. A way of "sectional matching" is thus suggested to minimize the loss of available energy due to heat transfer temperature drop. In this paper, different from the thermal efficiency consideration as reported in the recent literatures (1, 2, 3, ), an exergy analysis of the ordinary solar thermal power system is presented. It is found that the exergy loss is predominant in evaporator of the system. A way of "sectional matching" is thus suggested to minimize the loss of available energy due to heat transfer temperature drop. The exergy efficiencies of the solar collectors and the second loop system are discussed in detail. The numerical comparison with the data of reference (1) is given. It is shown, by adoption of sectional matching, not only the exergy efficiency of the second loop system can be increased, but also the collectors can be operated in even more preferable temperature ranges, so that the exergy efficiency of the whole system could be increased about 10-25%, while the total surface area required for the collectors decreased 10-25% correspondingly, and thence the capital cost of solar thermal power system could be reduced by 6-13%. Various factors have been discussed. Principles of selecting the main parameters of the sectional matching system have been given finally.

Tritiated water is one of the radioactive wastes which are produced at atomic facilities. the chemical property and the physical behavior of tritiated water art the same as that of ordinarg water, consequently, it is not easy to separate tritium from radioactive waste water in the way as to remove other radio chemical nu- lides. It is considered a practicable method to fix tritiated water by applying tl technique of cement hydration. Generally speaking, 3 CaO·2 S_iO_2·3 H_2O and Ca (OH)_2 are produced at cement hydrating, which means, for example, 25 gr-ams of water will be consumed by 100 grams of cement. Therefore, making use of this behaviour, it may be expected that tritiated water be fixed as the component of the hydrated cement structure. Although it has already been found through simple experiments that much tri- tiated water moves out to surrounding water, yet with the hydration of Portland cement, tritiated water will be incorporated in. So an attempt has been made to study the mechanism of the transfer of tritiated water fixed with cement. This report has shown the results and conditions of those essential experiments in connection with the behaviours of various kinds of cement curing period, soakn- ing perod, presence of gel. water, and the salt and alkali concentrations in surrou- ding water, etc.

从原子能设备中产生的放射性废物之一,是含氚废水。氚水的化学性质和物理特性与普通水是相同的,因此要从放射性废水中,象其它放射性核素一样,把氚水分离出来是困难的。我们认为使用水泥水化固定氚水是一个行之有效的方法。一般说来,水泥水化主要产生3CaO·2SiO_2·3H_2O和Ca(OH)_2,即每100g水泥中的水将消耗25克水,因此利用这一性能,期待氚水能作为水泥水化后结构中的组份而固定。虽然利用简单的试验,已经发现大量氚水转移到周围水中。但是,使用波特兰水泥的水化,氚水还是被溶合进去了,因此,我们试图了解,用水泥固定氚化水转移现象的机理。本报告中,我们示出了包括下述几方面的基本试验的结果和条件,即:不同水泥的作用,养护期,水中浸渍时间,凝胶水存在时的情况,以及周围水中盐和碱的浓度等。
