本文以水泥窑生料球为背景,分析了球形物料图像在灰度空间和梯度空间的特征,对一些经典算法进行了颗粒分割实验,理论分析和实验结果表明,利用局部特征值进行总体像素归属判决将使颗粒图像的边界不连续,或边界描述失真。为此提出的一种由局部特征值直接提取球形物料边界的图象分割方法。实验结果表明,该算法分割的图像边界封闭性好,边界描述真实,适合球形物料图像的分割。

An edge detection method is proposed to examine globular materials using hybrid neural network. A logical judgement algorithm was used to get edge candidate images. Edge pixel candidates and their neighbor pixels compose the binary samples of the hybrid neural network. Tests on the images corrupted with Gaussian noise show that the images segmented by this method have good edge closedness and true edge. The images are suitable for the segmentation of cumulate particle image.

针对颗粒图像的特点,提出一种基于神经网络的边缘混合检测方法。该方法包含边界候选象素提取和神经网络边缘检测两部分,神经网络由用于图像信息压缩与图像信息编码的自组织竞争子神经网络(ASCSNN)和用于获取图像边缘矢量信息的基于径向函数子神经网络(RBFSNN)组成。实验结果表明,该方法分割颗粒图像得到的边缘图像封闭性好、边界描述真实,适用于堆积颗粒物料图像的边缘检测。
