The determination of the best combination is a difficult point to be solved. It is an important problem to optimize the cost of magnetic pole to minimum by using the global optimization technic on the premise of satisfying the performance requirements. In this paper, TABU algorithm is successfully applied to the magnetic pole optimization, the validity are testified by the application to the optimization of existing products.

特殊的磁极结构,使得带辅助极普通永磁起动机具有普通永磁起动机所不能比拟的优点—大制动转矩、高空载转速和低永磁材料用量。但主极、辅助极极弧系数配合直接影响磁极材料消耗,最佳配合的选择是目前需要解决的难点和首要问题。采用全局优化技术,在保证性能的前提下,将磁极材料消耗降至最低,具有重要意义。为此,本文建立了带辅助极永磁起动机磁极优化的数学模型,将全局优化算法—TABU算法应用于这一电磁场逆问题中;实际应用表明,本文提出的方法是正确、有效的。

带辅助极永磁起动机(PMSMAP)电磁关系复杂,目前还没有准确、实用的分析计算方法,且难以得到最佳的主极、辅助极极弧系数配合,妨碍其推广应用。文章首先从计算机辅助设计的角度出发,提出PMSMAP分析计算的新方法——磁阻网络法,然后从电磁场逆问题的角度,提出采用全局优化算法——TABU算法对磁极进行优化,最后用试验结果对计算方法进行考核,证明了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。
