In general, they are computed by transform method having CCP. In 1971 and 1975, Cook-Toom and Winograd introduced separately a new algorithm of computation of them. Computation of {w_i} only requires 2N-1 multiplications by Cook-Toom's method. Computation of {y_i} Only requires 2N-K multiplications by Winograd's method, where K is the number of divisors of N, including 1 and N. In this paper, first, we introduced a new method of computation for short convolution. This method is an improvement on Cook-Toom's method, morever, it is simpler to calculate than latter. The number of multiplication by this method is also 2N-1. Then, we discussed in general sence the condition of rectangular transform y=C{(Ah)(?)(Bx)} having CCP, and using this condition showed that DFT and NTT had CCP. In the square transform case, when futher restrictions are placed on the matrices A,B and C, we established a necessary and sufficient condition, which any square transform having CCP must satisfy. At the same time, we showed thai matrix A had inverse matrix A~(-1), and the form of A~(-1) was given. At last, we extended above results to intagral ring Z_p, and established a very general form of invertible transform having CCP in Z_p.
