In this paper we calculated the temperature fields of high temperature and high pressure vessel by finite element method, and discussed the influences of various factors on the temperature fields. The calculation results showed that in order to obtain rather homogeneous temperatures in the rock sample it is necessary to select suitable length of the heater and the appropriate winding. In order to decrease the temperature of internal sides of the vessel and the power expense, it is very important to improve the design of the insulator. The results of the calculation for the unstable state pointed out the relationships between the heated rate, the time occurred and the value of maximum temperature difference in the rock sample. At the same time, we obtained results from the analog method by means of resistance network. The results were compared with that of the finite element method, and they are in good agreement.

本文采用有限单元法计算了高温高压容器的温度场,对各种因素进行了分析比较。计算结果表明,为了在岩样内得到均匀的温度场,必须正确地选取电热器长度和电热丝的绕制方式;为了降低简体内壁温度和减少功率消耗,应当改善隔热层的设计。非稳态计算结果指出了加热速率与岩样内最大温差出现的时间和数值的关系。本文同时给出了电阻网络模拟方法所得到的结果,并与有限单元计算结果进行了比较,两者是一致的。

Some energy saying measures were carried out in the FCC unit of the 2nd Refinery during 1980,including:the use of CO-combustion promotor,energy recovery from flue gas,rearrangement of heat exchanges,steam generation by waste heat,and boiler feed water preheat by low-temperature effluents,resulting a decrease of energy consumption by 65×10~4 kcal/ton of feed.

Heaters with feed and air preheated by hot flue gas and hot residue oil respectively have attracted extensive attention. Method for heater design calculation is proposed. It includes equations for calculating the related parameters, convection and radiation sections, and residue oil-air heat exchangers.

管式加热炉采用“冷进料、热油预热空气”以提高热效率,受到了广泛的注意。本文提出了有关的工艺计算方法和设计计算步骤,包括有关参数的计算公式,辐射室和对流室有关设计计算公式,以及热油空气预热器设计步骤和计算公式。
