By using histochemical and microspectrophotometrical methods, the nuclear DNA of the cells from tile carcinomas, the mucosa adjacent to them (transitional mucosa, TM)and the normal mucosa of human large intestine were quantified. Most cells of the normal mucosa histopathologically and histoehemlcally are near-diploid (2N)and only a small variation in the DNA quantity. By using histochemical and microspectrophotometrical methods, the nuclear DNA of the cells from tile carcinomas, the mucosa adjacent to them (transitional mucosa, TM)and the normal mucosa of human large intestine were quantified. Most cells of the normal mucosa histopathologically and histoehemlcally are near-diploid (2N)and only a small variation in the DNA quantity. It is found, moreover,that the nuclear DNA contents of the carcinoma cells varied considerably among the 3 groups of cells mentioned above. There is a statistical difference in the DNA content between well and moderately differentiated adenoca- rcinomas of the large bowel, suggesting that the DNA quantity may be related to the differentiation of the tumors. In the TM, both dysplasia and abnormal mucous excretion can be seen. There were less 2 N cells and more triploid ( 3 N ) tetraploid ( 4 N ) cells in comparison with the normal mucosas. The hypertetraploid DNA contents of a few cells existing in the TM imply abnormal hyperplasia unagreeable to cell proliferation cycle. Considering the connection between the DNA and the degree of the dysplasia of the TM, we support the view that the transitional mucosa of large intestine may possibly be premalig-

应用组化和显微分光光度技术观察,结果表明正常大肠粘膜无论从组织学还是从组织化学上看来均为近二倍体(2 N),其核DNA含量变异甚小,但癌细胞核内DNA含量则明显高于正常和癌旁粘膜。高、中分化大肠腺癌之间的DNA含量存在着统计学上的差异,提示DNA含量与肿瘤的分化有关。在移行粘膜中可见典型增生和异常粘液分泌,与正常粘膜相比,它的二倍体细胞较少而三、四倍体细胞较多,有少数细胞核DNA含量超过四倍体,提示有与其细胞增生周期不一致的异常增生存在。鉴于移行粘膜不典型增生程度与DNA含量之间所存在的联系,作者等支持大肠的移行粘膜可能是一种癌前期变化的观点。

本文报道了~(211)At-Te胶体对体外培养的人淋巴细胞Ag-NORs频率的影响。实验结果表明:α-辐射对经PHA刺激后已相继进入细胞增殖周期的淋巴细胞的Ag-NORs频率基本无影响;而对刚接受PHA刺激正在转化的淋巴细胞,低剂量幅照时,Ag-NORs频率明显升高,似乎具有刺激rRNA基因表达活性和增强转录作用;高剂量辐照时,Ag-NORs频率下降,具有一定抑制作用。
