本文是群众性筑堤经验与科学实验的综合性总结。简述了我国东南沿海滩涂软土的分布与特性,及各种海堤断面型式与软基筑堤技术的发展;并介绍在天然强度下软基的稳定计算方法,及对极软弱地基采用排水固结法加固以提高堤基的承载力。

本文探讨荆江大堤堤基管涌和管涌破坏的机理。文中阐述了荆江大堤渗流稳定问题的主要特点:(1)管涌发生并不一定管涌破坏;(2)管涌发生的地点有近有远;(3)堤基渗流破坏的最终形式是流土;(4)管涌的扩展是一随机过程。在理论分析和模型试验的基础上,给出核算堤基渗流稳定的方法和公式。据此,用可靠性分析方法确定荆江大堤保护范围。实例证明本文的方法和公式是正确的。用本文的方法可以大大节约整险加固工程投资。

The bulkhead line of the Yellow River dike is long and the geological condition of dike foundation iscomplicated.Main geological problems include seepage deformation,liquidation,settlement,non-uniform set-tlement and other problems.There are problems in the dike,such as complicated earth and other materials,insufficient compaction,potential troubles,and low flood control level.So dike strengthening plays an im-portant role in flood control in the lower Yellow River.The strengthening measures include pumping waterto soak dike to make it solid,pressure grouting,warping,hydraulic strengthening,pressure reduction,seep-age diversion and under ground seepage cut-off.These strengthening measures have generated obvious bene-fits.In the future,introduction and spreading of new materials and new technology should be strengthened,research and experiment of technology for detecting hidden troubles should be enforced.In order to increaseengineering benefits including ecnomic benefit,hydraulic strengthening measure should be combined withthe disposal of sediment in diverting water from the Yellow River to remove disasters and generate benefits.

黄河大堤堤线较长,堤基地质情况复杂,主要工程地质问题有渗透变形、液化、沉降与不均匀沉降以及老口门等,堤身存在着土料复杂、碾压不密实、隐患多、防洪标准低等问题,因此堤防加固在黄河下游防洪工程中占有重要地位。加固措施有抽水洇堤、压力灌浆、放淤及吹填固堤、减压及导渗、地下截渗等,并已取得显著效果。今后还应大力开展新材料、新技术的引进推广工作,加强隐患探测技术的研究试验,积极推进吹填固堤与引黄泥沙相结合、除害兴利并举的办法,以提高堤防加固的工程效益和经济效益。
