According to the actual problems existed in two-stage cementing operations in low pressure leaking formations of low permeability gas field,using blast furnace slag(BFS),floating beads and combining advantages of universal (drilling) fluid (UF) cementing technique,slag cement slurry with ultra-low density of 1.20-1.40g/cm 3 is designed. The paper introduces one-trip cementing technique using this (ultra-low density slag cement) slurry as lead slurry and pure G slurry as tail slurry to substitute for fractional cementing technique. Laboratory research results show that activation agents in the curing fluid for slag drilling fluid with ultra-low density can diffuse into filter cake and residual UF, Thus, casing,cementstone and formation will obtain complete bonding,good formation isolation result and high compressive strength.Slag cement slurry has good rheology,systematic stability and satisfactory thickening time that can meet the requirements of field operations and can solve the cementing quality problems existed in fractional cementing technique.

本文针对陕甘宁盆地中部低渗透天然气田低压易漏地层二级固井中存在的问题,利用高炉矿渣、漂珠的潜在活性及比重较小的特点,结合多功能钻井液固井技术的优点,用多功能钻井液设计超低密度(120g/cm3~140g/cm3)矿渣水泥浆。用该水泥浆为领浆和纯G级水泥浆为尾浆对天然气井进行一次性注水泥固井,替代分级固井技术。室内研究结果表明:超低密度矿渣钻井液固化液中激活剂可以扩散到滤饼和残留的多功能钻井液中,使套管、水泥石和地层三者之间达到完整的胶结,使地层封隔效果良好,水泥石抗压强度高,水泥浆流变性好,体系稳定,稠化时间满足现场施工要求,并解决了分级固井技术中存在的固井质量问题。

It is regarded that the multifunction drilling fluid can be solidification while keeping for a long time under downhole condition;the activator can diffuse into the filter cake and undisplaced multi function drilling fluid to promote the solidification;the slag cement slab is resistant against corrosion of sulfate to meet cementing requirement;and the multi function drilling fluid can improve cementing quality, particularitly for cementing of long reach wells and horizontal wells.

The paper discusses how to make up blast furnace slag (BFS) cement slurry system with high density of 1.75~1.92g/cm 3 using BFS as hydration material,adding some slag activation agent,cement and bentonite.The cement slurry system is used to plug up hydrocarbon reservoirs.Compression strength,initial/final setting time and rheological properties of three cement slurry systems with densities of 1.75g/cm 3,1.83g/cm 3 and 1.93g/cm 3 are tested at 45℃,60℃ and 75℃ using API experimental method.Testing results show that compression strength of high density slag cementstone is lower than G cementstone with the same density,but can meet the requirement of perforation.Meanwhile,rheological property and stability of furnace slag cement slurry with high density can meet the need of field operation.And slag cementstone can't be eroded by sulphate.

以高炉水淬矿渣为水化材料,添加少量矿渣激活剂和少量水泥、膨润土,配制成175g/cm3 ~1 .92g/cm 3 密度范围的高密度高炉矿渣水泥浆体系,用以封固油气井油气层部位的井段。用 A P I 标准试验方法,测试175g/cm 3 、183g/cm 3 、193g/cm 3 三种密度体系,在45 ℃、60 ℃、75 ℃条件下矿渣水泥石的抗压强度,初终凝时间和流变性等性能参数。并且和 G 级水泥浆性能进行对比。试验结果表明:高密度矿渣水泥石抗压强度低于同密度的 G 级水泥石,但能满足射孔对水泥石抗压强度的要求。高密度矿渣水泥浆的流变性和稳定性满足现场施工要求。硫酸盐对矿渣水泥石无侵蚀作用。
