At present practically the automatic reclosing device of O、C、B in many substations is of relay type. In this paper we introduce a new lone, the programmable controller automatic reclosing device. It can replace the traditional one, because modern substations require more reliable, flexible and advanced devices. It represents the trend, therefore, it lose no ideal control device in substation control system.

本文介绍了在电力系统中,用可编程序控制器PC控制的自动重合闸装置取代一直延用的继电器自动重合闸装置。由于可编程序控制器的先进性,它不但能满足线路对自动重合闸的要求,而且其控制功能、可靠性、灵活性和自动化水平均优于后者,所以不失为一种较为理想的控制装置。

The EEAC method is extended in this paper, so as to include the models of unsymmetrical faults and automatic reclosing. An improved multi-step Taylor series expansion algorithm is proposed to decrease the truncation errors, which avoids pre-determing the two corrective factors in the original EEAC. The numerical simulation results of two power systems confirm that the proposed method is of good accuracy and fine application prospect.

本文将EEAC法推广到计及不对称故障和重合闸操作的暂稳分析中。为修正计算转子角轨迹所引起的高阶截断误差,本文提出了多步Taylor展开计算的改进算法,该算法避免了计算现有EEAC法中的修正因子,适用于任意故障过程,并可提高EEAC暂稳分析的精度及可靠性。两个实际系统的仿真计算结果表明本文改进和推广的EEAC法具有良好的精度和实用前景。

In such a method,without identifying the cluster of critical machines the multimachinepower system can be reliably reduced into an equivalent two-machine system, then transformed to an one-machine-infinite-bus (OMIB) system. A new method is proposed in this paper to speed up transient stability analysisby combining the disturbance trajectory of the dividual machines to decompose and aggregate'units. In such a method,without identifying the cluster of critical machines the multimachinepower system can be reliably reduced into an equivalent two-machine system, then transformed to an one-machine-infinite-bus (OMIB) system. Using corresponding criterion toOMIB the multimachine system transient stability can be assessed. This method can also apply to complex operating sequence such as protective relay sequence action, automatic reclosing, generator-shedding and so on. The simulation tests show that the method proposed contributes to significantly speed up the transient stability analysis while fully preserving accuracy.

提出了一种基于机组虚拟分解-聚合的直接暂态稳定分析新方法,该法根据系统受扰后的机组运行轨迹进行机组虚拟分解和聚合,不需识别临界机群,而能可靠获得单机无穷大等值系统参数。该法可适应复杂操作序列,如继电保护相继动作、重合闸及切机等,并可适应多机群失稳模式。在经典模型下,其精度和逐步积分法(SBS法)相一致,并仍保持快捷的分析速度,具有良好的在线应用前景。
