Then the non-linear governing equation of the slope, for several asymmetrical flip buckets, between the free surface and the bottom is obtained. For calculation, the scheme of the program loop and the computer program to give difference solutions are laid out. The phenomena of the rapid flow in the bucket are studied, with the results obtained from calculation compared to the laboratory measurements. Now the results are applied to the design of a spillway for the Baleng Mountion reservoir in Heilongjiang Province.
