The hull design of a new type of 10000-ton coal carrier with an ultra-shallow draft,B/T=4.528,has been studied and developed,which willbe used to transport coal from north China to the sea ports in Zhejiang province.
Based on the theory of marine traffic engineering and statistical analysis of many of the VTS in foreign countries, this paper presents the fundamental principle, criteria and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for the classification of VTS in Chinese sea ports.
The paper analyzes and evaluates 50 sea ports with data envelopment analysis on the whole. In addition, it evaluates the changes of efficiency of these sea ports.
Results The contents of B(a)P were 0.06-707.12 ng/g in sediment of rivers and lakes, 7.1-1 492.12 ng/g in surface sediment of seaports, marines, and tidal flats respectively.
