The former may extend the MI size,aggravate the cardiac function and increase the rate of arrythmia, while the later plays a protective role in MI.Their mechanisms were synthesized in detail and the clinic application of β-adrenergic receptor blocked and atropine in MI was mentioned. In addition, the enhancement of reflex elicited from ventricular receptors may be a protective mechanism in MI.

本文系统介绍关于心肌梗塞时植物神经系统作用方面的研究进展。心肌梗塞时交感一儿茶酚胺活性增高,副交感神经兴奋性也同时提高。前者可使梗塞范围扩大,心室功能下降加剧及心律失常发生率增加,而后者对心肌梗塞具有保护作用。文中详细叙述上述作用的病理生理机制,并联系说明临床使用β阻滞剂及阿托品的原理及其原则。此外,心室壁感受器反射是心肌梗塞发生时机体的一种保护性机制。

After stimulation of the cantral gray of the midbrain with electrical impulses of frequency 100 Hz, 20 impulses per tran, duration 0.5 msec, and strength 16—32 volts, ventricular tachycardia, junction arrhythmia sino-bradycardia, and J point declined were observed. Ventricular tachycardia could be prevented by administration of propranolol, and transection of the first cervical cord, but it could not be abolished by administration...

It suggested that ventricular tachycardia was possibly due to the sympathetic nerves, Junctional arrhythmia was able to be blocked by admi ninstration of atropine. Sino-bradycardia could be blocked by atropine, and section of vagus nervees. It suggested that both of these types of arrhythmia would be evoked by vagus nerves. J point declined could not be prevented by atropine, propranolol, and was not able to be abolished by secion of vagus nerves. Either, however, it was able to be blocked by transection of the cervical cord. It showed that J point declined was probably elicited by the adrenergic a receptor. The tonic cardiac sympathetic, and vagus discharges were observed. The normal cardiac function, is accomplished, under the interaction of sympathietc and vagus effects. Either of them was hyperfunction, or hypofunction may elicite various arrhythmias.

The labeled cells were found in the caudal part of the nucleus. The amount of the labeled cells in the cervical and thoracic injection cases out numbered that of the lumbar cases. In all the cases labeled ceils were most concentrated near the obex level, mainly located ventromedial to the tract. Some could be found ventral, ven- trolateral, lateral and medial to and in the vicinity of the tract. In the medial part of the nucleus labeled cells were limited in its ventral part dorsal to the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus nerve. No labeling could be ascertained in the subnucleus parvocellularis. In the thoracic injection cases a group of labeled cells were discovered dorsolateral to the tract where only a few labeled ceils could be found in the cervical and lumbar cases. Labeled terminal branches largely accompanied the labeledcells. Thus the chance of establishing direct synaptic contact between spino-solitary fibers and the spinal projection cells of the nucleus of the solitary tract is great. At the level of obex a narrow band of terminal labeling along the dorsolateral border of the nucleus was identified. Except occasionally no labeled cells were found in this zone, an area probably related to cardiac function.

分别于14只家兔之颈、胸或腰髓一侧灰质内注射HRP或WGA-HRP,在孤束核中观察逆行标记细胞及顺行标记终支。标记细胞见于核之尾侧部,颈、胸注射例标记细胞的数量超过腰髓例。各例均以闩附近平面最为密集,主要分布于孤束之腹内侧;邻孤束之腹侧、腹外侧、外侧、内侧也各有一些。孤束核内侧之标记细胞主要分布于其腹侧部,迷走神经运动背核之背侧;小细胞亚核中无标记细胞。胸髓注射例,在孤束之背外侧还有一群标记细胞。此处在颈、腰髓注射例仅有少数标记。标记终支的分布大体上同标记细胞,因此脊髓孤束核投射很可能与孤束核中脊髓投射细胞之间有直接突触联系。在闩平面附近,沿核之背外侧缘有一狭标记终支带,其中偶见个别标记细胞。此带可能与心脏活动有关。
