By using metal injection moulding technology (MIM) a Fe-2Ni alloy was prepared andfive kinds of wax-based binders were used in the process. The properties of MIM green partswere good and there were no defects after thermal debinding. The optimized parameters andmechanical properties of the sintered alloy were also presented.

采用金属粉末注射成形工艺(MIM)制备Fe-2Ni合金。选择了5种石蜡基粘结剂,结果表明,由多组元聚合物组成的粘结剂注射成形性能好,热脱脂后无缺陷,样品形状保持完整。列举最佳工艺参数及烧结合金的机械性能。

Alloying strengthening for Fe—based alloys had been investigated,which prepared by metal powder injection moulding technology(MIM)and sintered under a strong reduction H_2 atmosphere. The results showed that the addmon of Cu,Ni and Mo elements can make an ap—preciable solid solution strengthening,the alloy with composition of Fe-2Ni-2Cu-O.45Mo has mechanical properties as follows:=484 MP_a,=340 MPa. =9%and HRB=83.

W based heavy alloys of three different compositions were prepared by using metal injection moulding technology (MIM), emphasing to the debinding and sintering processes. The effects of sintering temperature on mechanical properties, fracture surfaces and microstructure were analysised. Sintering shrinkage, mechanical properties and the optimized sintering temperatures were also presented.

研究了3种钨基重合金的金属注射成形工艺(MIM),重点研究了脱脂和烧结两个工序,分析了烧结温度对机械性能、断口和显微组织的影响,列举了烧结收缩、机械性能和最佳烧结温度等数据。
