It is usually required to control quickly and accurately output signal's on-off of a circuit as it is outputing DC signal. This paper presents a kind of output circuit,which has DC signal output only when it is controled by pulse signal of fixed frequtncy,and its output is low electrical level when any component damaged in circuit.Integral circuit accords with the demands of fail-safety specific property.
