This paper mainly discusses the state transfer of TFSK Time-Frequency Signal. Firstly,the states of π TFSK Time Frequency Signal are analysed based on its mathematical model; secondly,the state transferring diagram is deduced; finally,the matrixes of π TFSK Time-Frequency Signal are found.
