在香菇种间原生质体融合中,对虎皮香菇进行失活原生质体标记,对香菇进行温度敏感型标记,分别以虎皮香菇和香菇的单核和双核体为亲本,用化学融合方法,以高温(35℃)为选择压,筛选并构建了32个不同组合的香菇种间融合子。这些融合子与亲本菌株形成明显的拮抗反应,在木屑代料培养基上产生形态各异的子实体,并形成了新的遗传性状——菌丝体无锁状联合,但能形成子实体。
