Genetic characters of Maiwa yaks are more complicated than Jiulong yaks'in more than ever proving, they are different in the two local yak breeds. Activities of two isozymes are comparative with milk yields, fat percentanges and mature sizes in Maiwa yaks, The results showed that Es and Am isoymes are highly significant difference with three productivities. Not only demonstrated two isozymes that were connect highly with productivities but also will promote amelioration in yaks.

采用非连续性缓冲系统聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,分别对50头九龙牦牛和50头麦洼牦牛的血清酯酶(ES)同工酶、淀粉酶(Am)同工酶进行了研究。在ES同工酶的研究中,九龙牦牛5带较多,占43.9%,麦洼牦牛6带较多,占54.7%;九龙牦牛的带型座含有Es—5,而麦洼牦牛有Es—8,却无Es—5;Am基因座均受Am~A、Am~B、Am~C三个等显性等位基因控制,两个品种都未出现AA和AB型,且Am~c基因频率是两个品种的优势基因;麦洼牦牛的杂合子频率(0.867)高于九龙牦牛(0.780)。表明麦洼牦牛的遗传特性比九龙牦牛复杂。对麦洼牦牛的两个同工酶的活力与产奶量、乳脂率以及体重的关系作了相关分析,结果表明ES同工酶的强带与产奶量、乳脂率呈显著正相关、与体重呈显著负相关。Am同工酶的总活力与产奶量、乳脂率呈显著的负相关、与体重呈显著正相关。这不仅表明了ES同工酶、Am同工酶与生产性能具有较密切关系,而且对开展选育工作及牦牛生产性能鉴定等方面有重要意义。

为揭示草原红牛数量性状的遗传规律,完善其品种结构,推动其育种工作向深度和广度发展,使其尽快达到育种目标的要求。作者收集了草原红牛育种核心场之一——内蒙古五一种畜场的全部资料,采用“单元内半同胞相关法”。之模式,经计算机处理,获得了草原红牛一些主要性状的遗传参数。估测结果表明,草原红牛的主要性状除青草期100d产奶量外,余者均已基本稳定。从产肉角度看,应选择24月龄体重大的个体;从产乳角度看,应选择胸围和腰角宽大的个体。只有兼顾这3项指标,才能加速其乳肉兼用方向发展的速度。

赤拟谷盗和计算机模拟实验结果,验证了畜禽遗传资源系统保存理论的可行性、合理性,及其数学模型的生物学意义。同时它还表明,系统保存群体应保持一定大小的群体有效含量,控制群体间的基因流动,并根据保存基因(或性状)的群体遗传特征,确定适宜的选择方法和交配制度。
