A novel quantum Monte Carlo(QMC) differential approach was proposed, which can be used to directlycompute the energy difference between two systems on the basis of accurate fixed-node QMC algorithm, allowing the statistical error in the order of 10-5 hartree and the electron-correlation energy over 90% for the computation results.

There were marked diffrences between the two groups in light of sero-enzyme and echocardiogram as well as clinical manifestations on rocntgenogram and electrocar- diogram. The changes of sero-enzyme activity in viral myocarditis were closely related to its course. The total activities of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine phosphkinase (CPK) were elevated and the ratio of LDH1/LDH2 was greater than 1 within 15 days after onset. These findings showed a decrease when the course prolonged. The main changes of echocardiogram were diminished movements of left ventricular posterior wall (LVPW) and ventricular septum (VS), enlargement of left ventricular internal diameter (LVID) and slight diminution of left ventricular eject fraction (LVEF) and shortening percentage of left ventricular short axis (LV△D%) The changes of total activity of sero-enzyme in KE SHAN disease varied with its severity. In severe ane acute cases, the total activities of SLDH and SCPK were elevated and the ratio of LDH1/LDH2 was greater than 1 The echocardiographic changes were significant enlargement of the internol diameter of all cardiac activities, thinning and diminished movements of LVPW and VS, decreased opening amplitude of anterior leaflet of mitral and marked decrease of LVEF and LV△D%.
