Four ternary systems have been used for the determination of mass transfer rates between single organic drops and aqueous solutions. The solutes chosen are highly in favor of organic dispersed phase so that the resistance can be considered solely in the continuous aqueous phase.

作者采用四个体系,测定有机溶剂液滴在水相中自由下降时溶质的传递速率。所选择的溶质,其分配系数均极有利于有机相,故滴内阻力可以略而不计。 实验中竭力防止系统的沾染,获得了重现性好的实验数据。作者比较了计算滴外系数的各种关系式的适用性,发现各式仅在一定的范围内适合。并提出了纯物系和实际萃取过程中沾染物系的滴外传质系数的一般关联方法。 在所选择的体系的浓度范围内,以光纹技术进行观察,当液滴悬垂于静止的水溶液中,未发现可察觉的介面骚动现象,故作者提出的一般关联方法仅能适用于无介面骚动现象的传质过程。

Based upon a series of invstigations in respect with the choice of the solution for exchange, the relation between the amount of resin and ion concentration, the effect of temperature and mixing time and the choice of the indicators,the optimum condition for the determination of SO_3 in gypsum by means of static-ion exchange method was established.The method is as followss: To 0.2g sample is added 5g exchange resin of cation ions of H-type strong acid and 100 c.c. hot water. After mixing for 5 minutes, the solution is filtered, and titrates with 0.06 N of NaOH solution, using phenolphtha-lein as indicator. By this method, accurate detenmination of SO_3 in natural gypsum and anhydrides of both natural and industrial origin is achieved with results agreeing fairly well with those by gravimetric method. The standard deviation is±0.05 accor-ding to a single determination on SO_3 in plaster of Paris. The determination as discu-ssed takes only 10~15 minutes.

本文对静态离子交换法测定石膏中三氧化硫的有关问题,如交换溶液的选择、树脂与离子浓度之间量的关系、搅拌交换时间和温度的影响以及指示剂的选择等进行了系统的研究,从而确定了测定条件。测定的方法系称取0.2克试样,加5克氢型强酸性阳离子交换树脂和100毫升热水,轻搅拌5分钟后过滤,以酚酞为指示剂,用0.06N的氢氧化钠溶液滴定。 本方法可用以准确地测定天然二水石膏、天然硬石膏或工业脱水石膏中的三氧化硫,与重量法所得结果颇为一致。 对烧石膏中三氧化硫的单项测定的标准偏差为±0.05。在10~15分钟内可得出分析结果。

Determination of SO_3 in portland cement by means of static-ion exchange method is described.The conditions of exchange of the major minerals in cement in the process of the static exchange are studied. Determination of SO_3 in portland cement by means of static-ion exchange method is described.The conditions of exchange of the major minerals in cement in the process of the static exchange are studied. The experimental results show that water may be used as the extracting medium for duplicate exchange to avoid the interference of boracic acid and by controlling the quantity of the resin added during the first exchange, the in-fluence of the silicic acid may be avoided. Thereby phenolphthalein may be used as in-dicator, the end point is clear.Procedure: Weigh out 0.5g of specimen, add 2g of H-type cation exchange resin.After stirring for 2 minutes filter the solution. Then add 2g of resin to the filtrate, stir for 3 minutes, decant the clear liquid and titrate the solution with 0.06 N NaOH solution use phenolphthalein as iudicater.By this method, an accurate determination of SO_3 in portland cement may be obta-ined and the results are in fair accordance with those by gravimetric method. The stan-dard deviation of the results in single determination is±0.04. It takes only 10~15 minutes to get the results.

本文提出了应用静态离子交换法测定硅酸盐水泥中三氧化硫的方法。对水泥中主要矿物在静态交换过程中的交换情况进行了探讨。指出可用水为提取介质进行二次交换,以避免引进硼酸的干扰;借控制第一次交换时的树脂加入量,以避免硅酸的影响;可使用酚酞为指示剂,终点清晰。 测定的程序是:称样0.5克,加入2克H-型阳离子交换树脂,经搅拌2分钟后过滤,向滤液中再加入2克树脂并搅拌3分钟,倾出清液,以酚酞为指示剂,用0.06N的氢氧化钠溶液滴定。 本方法可用以准确地测定硅酸盐水泥中的三氧化硫,与重量法所得结果颇为一致。 单项测定值的标准偏差为±0.03。测定时间为10~15分钟。
