In practice,each control method requires certain feasible condition for its opplication ond also has limit of temperature controlling range.

For taking full advantage of the strength of structural materials in design, it is necessary to study the mechanical characteristics of metallic structural materials under rapid loading and heating. This paper describes a short-time high-temperature tensile testing machine, which is capable of constant-rate loading up to 85 kg/sec and heating at a rate up to 80℃/sec, the temperature gradient within the gage length for a distance of 50 mm being less than 5℃. All the heating, temperature-controlling and stress-strain measuring processes are done automatically. Experiments such as rapid tension under high temperature, rapid heating under constant loading and short-time creep can be carried out on this tester. Specimens of low carbon steel, R1T and 12F2A have been tested on it. Diagrams and tables have been included here and results from these tests have been preliminarily discussed.

    Through calculation of concrete boiler design, the paper discusses: the influences of gas recirculation to the heat transfer of different heating surfaces; the suitable arrangement of steam reheater; the amount of recirculating gas needed for controlling the reheat temperature; and the influence of gas recirculation to the economy of boiler plant. The paper also gives a brief review of the peculiarities of different reheat temperature controlling methods.

    本文通过了具体鍋爐机组的热力計算与分析,說明烟气再循环对各个受热面传热的影响,中間过热器的合理布置,为維持二次汽溫所必需的再循环烟量,以及烟气再循环对鍋爐經济性的影响,还簡要論述二次汽溫各种調节方式的一些基本特点。
