Temperature control.te 6n. of key technical problems in the application of RCC to partial Three Gorges dam body.Based on the typical dam sections (spillway,powerplant ) of Three Gorges dam made of ROC With upstream facing of conventional concrete(used as seepage control element), the testing data of RCC behaviour and the construction schedule,detail analyses and studies are made on the temperature control standard,the temperature state during construction period and temperature control measures of RCC. The paper suggests that for the dam only with transverse joints and without longitudinal joint,allpwable temperature differences for dam foundation are: 11℃ for strong constrained zones, 13℃ for weak constrained zones. In cider to prevent the dam's surface (inside) from clacking,the peak temperatures of dam body are controlled by seasons as follows: 22℃ for winter, 26-30℃ for spring and autumn,and 33-35℃ for summer ; in addition, surface concrete protection will be strengthened when the cold wave occurs during early constructron period,and during median and final construction periods. The temperature$of RCC during construction period are specified as follows: 19. 7-31.9℃ for the spillway dam section,and 20. 9-32. 6℃ for powerplant dam section. 三峡大坝部分采用碾压混凝土方案的温度控制是关键技术问题之一。根据三峡工程典型坝段(泄洪坝段和厂房坝段)“金包银”结构形式碾压混凝土方案、碾压混凝土性能试验资料和施工进度安排,详细分析研究了碾压混凝土的温度控制标准、施工期的温度状态和温控措施。大坝只设横缝不设纵缝,基础允许温差:强约束区11℃,弱约束区13℃。为防止表面(层)裂缝,按不同月份控制最高温度:冬季22℃,春秋季26~30℃,夏季节33~35℃,并加强初期遇寒潮和中后期的表面保护。施1期碾压混凝土的温度:泄洪坝段19.7~31.9℃,厂房坝段20.9~32.6℃。按坝体最高温度控制要求,冬季浇筑,不采用预冷措施,夏季6~9月份不浇筑基础约束区碾压混凝土,其它季节要求混凝土机口温度7~14℃,并控制每一升程的厚度和间歇时间,夏季浇筑非约束区,浇筑仓面遮阳喷雾,防止低温混凝。的热量倒灌过大,并需保证碾压混凝土的施工质量。
