The gelation time and the bonding strength by the WSC-cross-linked γ-PGA-gelatin biological glue was measured with the different concentration of the additive. The results indicated that urea is promising as an additive to prevent spontaneous physical gelation of the mixed gelatin and γ-PGA aqueous solution without changing the characteristics of WSC-induced cross linking and tissue adhesion of the formed biological glue.

考察不同添加剂对水溶性碳化二亚胺(WSC)交联的γ聚谷氨酸明胶生物胶胶凝和组织粘附性的影响。通过添加不同浓度的添加剂,测定γ聚谷氨酸明胶生物胶胶凝时间和组织粘连强度。结果表明尿素是一个能够防止明胶和γ聚谷氨酸混合水溶液自发物理胶凝的理想添加剂,添加适量的尿素,不会改变WSC交联的γ聚谷氨酸明胶生物胶的胶凝和组织粘附性。

RESULTS: The pressure of anastomotic stoma was obviously improved by CO_2 laser and the biological glue, and the glue did harmless to tissue. CONCLUSION: The advantages of utilizing the circular CO_2 laser and medical biological glue for bowel anastomosis in rabbits include slighter inflammation, less adherence and faster healing.

目的:研究环形CO2激光及生物胶在兔子无缝合末端吻合术中的使用,通过测量吻合口压力证实医用生物胶及环形CO2激光在小肠组织焊接中的可行性.方法:以动物实验分析环形CO2激光及医用生物胶在组织焊接中的作用.结果:环形CO2激光及医用生物胶能明显提高吻合口压力,并且对组织无毒副作用.结论:应用环形CO2激光及医用生物胶进行组织焊接有炎症反应轻、粘连少、狭窄现象少、愈合快等优点.
