    There are some important subjects for 3-hole nozzle lance research, i. e. selecting the construc tion of 3-hole nozzle, the Mach number at the nozzle exit, the angle of inclination of the nozzle axis against the lance axis and the interval between the nozzle axis and the lance axis, and defining the lance operating height. This article discusses above points, based on the results of the cold jet measurement and the converter blow practice. Because of its correct construction the three-throat nozzle effectively changes oxygen pressure energy into the jet dynamic energy. The way of improving the single-throat three-cylindrical nozzle extensively used in the small-medium-size BOF is suggested. The relation between the lance operating height and the jet impact is found out based on the data of the jet decay and practical lance height. As a result, the lance operation can be controlled according to the data of the cold jet measurement. In case of applying 3-hole nozzle, the proper circulation ratio (the jet impact radius divided by the bath radius) is necessary for the proper blowing in the BOF. The angle of the inclination and the interval between the nozzle axis and the lance axis are important factors effecting the circulation ratio.

    三孔喷头的结构形式、马赫数、小孔夹角和小孔间隙等参数的选择以及吹炼枪位的确定,是当前研究三孔喷头的几个重要课题。本文结合对喷头的冷态测定和转炉的吹炼实践,对上述问题进行了研究。三喉式喷头由于其结构合理,能有效地将氧气压力能转化成射流的动能。同时提出了目前中小型转炉广泛使用的单三式喷头的改进途径。结合射流冲力的衰减和实际吹炼枪位的数据找出了枪位同射流冲力的关系。可用冷态测定的射流冲力数据来指导转炉枪位的操作。在使用三孔喷头的情况下,转炉要顺利的进行吹炼,必须保证有适当的循环比(即射流的冲击半径同熔池半径之比)。小孔夹角和间隙是对循环比有影响的重要因素。
