However,it is not a single ferroferric oxide membrane, the ferrous oxide the thickness of which is not homogneous,isformed between the ferroferric oxide membrane and the α-Fe matrix. The presence of FeO will decrease the properties and the service life of the iron powder toner.

    LKY-1 Particle size apparatus is an instrument for the measurement of powder particle size distribution using the method of disk centrifu-gation light penetration. Therfore , A calculation of light density-particle size was applied to figure out the particle size distribution from experimental data through several hundred steps of calculation. However, A computer program for above calculation has been editted with TRS-80 Level II BASIC. The particle size distribution of the finest powder of Shanghai graphite was calculateted by hand and computer respectively. The listed results show that the computer calculation is more reliable, convenient and dozens times effective than hand calculation. This program may be used either as a off-line processing means, or as a main part of processiag on-line program both for LKY-1 particle size apparatu s.

    LKY-1型粒径测定仪是采用圆盘离心尤透过法测定粉末粒度分布的仪器,其计算采用:“光密度粒度计算法”。由实验数据到计算出粒度分布要经过数百个中间数据运算,为此,我们采用TRS-80 LEVEL Ⅱ BASIC编制出计算程序应用于粒度分布计算,取得了良好效果。文中列举了测定上海特细石墨粉粒度分布的手算及电算结果。结果表明,电算准确可靠,方法简便易行,效率提高数十倍。该程序既可作为LKY-1型粒径仪的脱机处理手段,亦可作为联机处理程序的主体。
