The Variance of protein component forming of wheat "Mianyang 82-53" was studied in this experiment, which the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer per ha was respectively 0, 75, 150, 225, 300Kg and the cheak variety was "Mianyang 11".
The results showed that a 670 bp DNA fragment localized upstream of a LIP gene GLG 6 was capable of being bound specifically by protein component, and analysis of its nucleotide sequence indicated that the DNA fragment contains the putative sequence characteristic of protein binding site.
结果表明： LIP基因GLG6 的5′端上游有一个约670 bp 的DNA 片段能与总蛋白质组分专一性结合， 其核苷酸序列分析表明该片段可能含有蛋白质结合的序列特征。
Leaves spraying of 0.1% MnSO4,0.05%(NH4)2MoO2,0.3%KH2PO4 and 2% CO(NH2)2 at 750 kg per hectare increased the yield and 1 000-grain weight,and leaves spraying of 2% CO(NH2)2 and 0.1% MnSO4 at 750 kg per hectare increased the content of crude protein and protein component.
