The parallel integrated decision of agile manufacturing is discussed in this paper. A synchronous parallel algorithm is designed facing SIMD computer, and a two storied parallel computing path of the agile manufacturing decision is presented. The designing of the algorithm makes the simulation of mans thinking laws and inferring methods on the integrated manufacturing net closer to the realities, and at the same time, it presents semi structure problems analyzing and dealing with the agile...

The parallel integrated decision of agile manufacturing is discussed in this paper. A synchronous parallel algorithm is designed facing SIMD computer, and a two storied parallel computing path of the agile manufacturing decision is presented. The designing of the algorithm makes the simulation of mans thinking laws and inferring methods on the integrated manufacturing net closer to the realities, and at the same time, it presents semi structure problems analyzing and dealing with the agile integrated manufacturing decision with parallel support possessing effectiveness for a given period of time. The final compatibility, average parallel degree, accelerating proportion and parallel computing efficiency are presented in this paper.

讨论了灵捷制造过程中的并行集成决策方法.面向SIMD型机设计同步并行算法,提出了灵捷制造集成决策的二层并行计算路径及算法的设计,使制造集成网上模仿人的模糊思维规律和推理方法更加接近实际.同时,使分析、处理灵捷制造集成决策的半结构化问题有了并行的时效性支持.文中同时给出了并行计算的相容性、平均并行度、加速比和并行计算效率等有关算法特性.

In the sense of product manufacturing, the formation of alliance of enterprises is the reconfiguration of manufacturing resources, or shop reconfiguration. Based on the definition of manufacturing jobs for a product, a model for the shop reconfiguration has been built and based on Internet infrastructure, an approach to implement manufacturing resource reconfiguration is proposed. A heuristic algorithm is presented to solve the optmization problem.
