本文通过典型解剖的方法探讨了目前我国机械制造业的现状、问题和原因.介绍了国外机械制造业自动化发展的新动向,特别是美国的敏捷制造和“SON”计划、日本丰田的精良生产和德国的“WOP”计划.文中特别指出,技术并不是唯一的决定性因素,生产组织结构的改革、人员素质的提高是企业获得更大效益的源泉.本文最后提出了一种适合我国国情的企业技术改造新模式一独立制造岛的设想,并就如何振兴我国机械制造业进行了探讨.

This paper addresses the principles and key technologies of Agile Manufacturingwhich is seen as the manufacturing strategy for thenext century. Evolving from CIM, CEand Lean Production, Agile Manufacturing focuses on integration of enterprises. 对灵捷制造的主要思路进行了分析,给出了其灵捷性的几种表现形式,认为实现灵捷性的必要条件主要为:柔性设备、信息系统、人的因素和管理机构四个方面。灵捷制造的实施方式应根据不同行业、不同企业的具体情况分别进行。给出了几种主要形式,并相应地对其在不同工业领域的应用情况进行了研究和分析。探讨了发展灵捷制造的思路。
