This paper proposes comprehensive evaluation method of construction project safety management based on qualitative and quantitative analysis,illustrates its safety evaluation and danger evaluation,and carries out comprehensive evaluation on security inspection conditions of construction project by instances,in order to improve the level of safety management in construction site and to reduce safety misadventure.
Combined with practical engineering experiences,the author illustrates the method and route to strengthen construction project cost control of construction enterprise from reducing labor cost expenditure,lowering the cost of material and equipment,bringing down site management cost and controlling cost expenditure,in order to increase economic benefits of construction enterprise and to improve its market competitiveness.
But the method of site classification still has some problems. For example, two sites which belong to the same site sort and only the position of soil layer is different have the same design response spectra according to the code for seismic design of buildings (GB 50011-2001) .
The result of study show that wavelet analysis method that it is used to detect the structural damage online is excellent, the method conquer the defect of traditional method that they can not time the damage and local the site of damage in structure simultaneously, namely the method can detect andidentify structural damage promptly while it happens, consequently structural damage is detected and identified early, and the authentic foundation is provided for the service and reinforcement of structure.
