Using wet process phosphoric acids from phosphate rocks with various magnesium removal rates to decompose phosphate rock the concentrated superphosphates were produced by ripening with concentrated acid.The changes of compsoition of reactants with different MgO/P2O5 ratios during ripening time were determined;the influences of magnesium on decomposition rate of phosphate rock, product's properties, and ripening time were analyzed; and the related process conditions were discussedelementarily.

采用浓酸熟化法,用不同除镁率的磷矿制备湿法磷酸分解磷矿制取重钙。测定了不同的MgO/P_2O_5比值的反应物料在熟化期有关组分含量的变化,分析了镁对磷矿分解率、产品物性和熟化时间等的影响,初步探讨了有关工艺条件.
