    Of the late two years,in order to find out a kind of dental implanting materialwhich would possess both the very good properties of biological compatibility,the chemical compatibility and the mechanical compatibility,an animal experi-mental preselection was accomplished by our research team with six kinds of im-planting material chosen from four main sorts of oral implanting material(met-al,ceramic,high polymer and carbon),As the result of the Preselection,thematerial……bio-ceramic was chosen by our team as the main specialization inresearch,and thus one of the implanting materials was developed and preparedby us,It is zirconium hydroxyapatite ceramic we have accomplished an anim-al test with the above material and made the result of the test a comparasion with titanium alloys(Tc4 and Tc9),multicrystal alumina with high density,monocrystal alumina,titanium alloys coating with alumina,carbon isotropefor-ming under lower temperature,polysulphone and so forth implanting materials.The key point of the test was always kept by us at studying the interface bet-ween the bone and the implant.

    为了寻求生物相容性、化学相容性和力学相容性均好的种植材料,在口腔四大类种植材料(金属、陶瓷、碳素、高分子)中,选用6种材料作了动物实验预选。根据预选结果,选定以生物陶瓷为主攻方向,从而研制成功锆磷灰石陶瓷,以之进行了理化性能、生物学性能、及动物实验考查,合平种植要求。并以考查结果与钛合金、多晶氧化铝、单晶氧化铝、钛合金喷涂氧化铝、低温各向同性碳、聚砜种植作了比较,主要性能均较其它几种比较材料为优。经临床初试,锆磷灰石陶瓷的种植效果也较好,其界面为骨性结合。

    During a two-years period 77 hydroxylapatit-titanium composite and titanium,dental implants were implanted in edentulous and partially edentnlous patients.After2~3 months healing time 68 cases among 77 were restored by flexed and intra-oral weldedprostheses.After that the ocelusal force,the removability,the dental plaque,gingivalsulcus fluid and radiogram of these implants were measured within the period.The resu-lts showed that these implants remained stable and were put into function,and...

    作者对51例不同牙列缺损的患者,种植了77颗不同材料、不同类型的人工种植牙根,术后在不同的时期,采用不同方法完成义齿修复。本文结合典型病例,通过修复前后菌斑指数测量、龈沟液流量测量、修复后(牙合)力测量,以及不同程期X线片对比及其它临床检查结果对人工种植牙的材料选择,种植义齿的制作工艺要求及种植义齿的临床效果作初步的分析。结果说明,无论是钛合金种植体或是羟基磷灰石钛合金复合种植体均为成功的种植材料。修复后的种植义齿(牙合)力最高可达54kg,最低超过10kg,均能适合日常生活所需要(牙合)力,经过两年的临床应用,种植体无松动,周围无炎症,无骨吸收,具有良好的修复效果。

    The interface of the crevicular gingiva with a dental implant is a critical zone repr-esenting the potential biological seal which protects the underlying bone and soft tissue-supporting mechanisms from destructive extraneous substances.Ultrastructural observationof regenerated junctional epithelial celIs interfacing surgically placed M-coated endostealdental implants exhibited an external basal lamina located between the external surfaceepithelial cell and the implant and hemidesmosomes located at intervals along the outerjunctional epithelial plasma membrane.The component substructure of the basal laminaand the hemidesmosomes were similar to those seen interfacing natural teeth.This studyprovides ultrastructural evidence for the presence of an attachment complex betweengingiva and M-coated implants which is analogous to that seen around natural teeth.These data support the concept that a viable biological seal can develop around endostealdcntal implants and provide support for satisfactory clinical service.

    采用透射电镜观察了混合玻璃陶瓷涂层骨内牙种植体与软组织的界面,分析了上皮细胞附着于种植体表面的附着机制。结果表明:在附着于种植体表面的结合上皮细胞的外单位膜上,有半桥粒、基板和衬里缘,这些结构与附着于天然牙表面的上皮细胞的结构相似。说明在种植体与牙龈组织之间有生物性附着。这种生物性附着起到生物屏障的作用,使该类骨内牙种植体具有长期行使生理功能的可能性。
